Imbalances in the body arise from many factors including poor posture, daily tension/stress, repetitive movements (i.e.: driving computer work, sports activities) and insufficient oxygen intake. When the body is out of balance, pain, fatigue, and lack of focus are common results.

Pilates is a “low-impact” form of workout performed on mats or apparatus that effectively builds muscle strength, increases flexibility, endurance, coordination, concentration, and develops long, lean muscle.
