THE BARRE WORKOUT:
BARRE (pron. bar) :An energetic, fun group workout that fuses fitness techniques from Pilates, Yoga, and Dance that will
tone, define and chisel the whole body. It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat
fast. Keeping class sizes small, we can focus on precise movements to get you results quicker and limit injury. Our boutique
style studio setting allows more individual attention to achieve maximum results.

private barre class, please contact the studio and we
can work on setting you up your own schedule.

Buy a block of 10 sessions = $250 ($25 per class)
NOT COMFORTABLE WITH GROUP CLASSES BUT WANT TO DO THE WORKOUT? We can give private sessions or duet
sessions in this workout too. Different rates apply.
